Highlights of company milestones during Mr. Emmons tenure include: (i) private equity transactions in to Gryphon Investors and a subsequent recapitalization sale to Towerbrook Capital Partners; (ii) transformative growth in the form of three acquisitions, formation of new business verticals; and (iii) product and geographic expansion.

He is a co-founder of CrossCover Insurance Services, a focused mid-market commercial MGU, and was involved in the joint venture formation of True Property Insurance, an A- AM Best Rated Florida domiciled reciprocal. Before serving as Orchid’s President, Mr. Emmons oversaw the company’s underwriting programs and retail distribution strategies.
